Bianca Rohan

Transformational Leader & Strategic Change Agent

Bianca Rohan is a sought-after HR Consultant and Keynote Speaker in the People Development and Organisational Culture disciplines. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she has served in the FMCG, Mining, Manufacturing, Sales and NGO sectors at a global, African and South African level. She has held positions with leading companies – including Saunders & Associates Industrial Psychologists, NPC-Cimpor and SAB Miller, where she received three promotions in three years, was nominated for an MD’s award for best performing HR department, was chosen to train managers throughout the country on best practice Talent Management and presented a paper at the LexisNexis Annual Labour Law Conference, sharing a platform with key government and industry leaders.


Since 2009, Rohan has worked with small-to-large organisations through her consultancy, equipping them to leverage their human capital more effectively – offering full HR Generalist, Organisational Development and Training & Development services. She has since held multiple leadership roles at reputable organisations – including HR Director at Elizabeth Arden, and HR Director at Good Hope Christian Centre and Durban Christian Centre (DCC). 

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology and Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and various qualifications in management and leadership from the SAB Training Institute. Her vast career span has allowed her to build up a network of trusted HR consultants, facilitators and subject matter experts with whom she works to deliver excellence in her projects. This network enables her business to scale up for larger projects and allows her clients to have a single service provider for a variety of processes.

Passionate about social issues such as community and skills development, poverty alleviation, igniting entrepreneurship, youth development, orphan care, women empowerment and assisting the homeless, Rohan has been actively involved in raising awareness on such issues through various events, speaking engagements, networking, fundraising and collaborations. Under her leadership as CSI Manager, NPC won an Umyezane award for CSI best practice from the Department of Trade and Industry and, Operation Hope, a project she pioneered and managed on behalf of DCC won a Crown Gospel Award for best community project. Bianca has a weekly slot on a local radio station where she empowers people to live to their full potential.

Positioned for Success is a course designed with the intent of igniting purpose, passion, and possibilities within young people.

The unemployment, hopelessness, frustration and despair of the South African youth has

the potential to be very destructive and is a great risk to our democracy.

We believe that every individual is born with unlimited potential,but the challenges of life, broken families, poor role models, abuse and poverty amoungst other issues damage the confidence and self-concept of individuals. This limits their perspective, immobilises them in a victim mindset and results in them placing limits on their ability and potential. It often also leads to them making wrong (sometimes destructive) choices which have devastating consequences.

Positioned for Success is a catalyst for transformation, getting to the heart of who an individual is. Helping them shift perspective and inspiring and equipping them with the basic skills, attitude and game-plan to achieve success in life.

The course has been delivered, with great success, to communities in and around Durban and South Africa in partnership with Corporates; Churches, Schools, Universities and other NPO’s. The course content includes topics such as:

  • Valuing yourself – Understanding your personality, gifts and abilities;

  • Discovering your Purpose and Passion and Casting a Vision of Success for your Life;

  •  Time Management - Being Intentional about Your Time and Managing it Effectively;

The course can be run in a condensed form as a two-day workshop or as eight half day workshops. The target audience is literate individuals aged 16yrs and upwards. It also works well for interns, graduates and learnerships.


Keynote talks on each of the topics are available for special events (corporate breakfasts / lunches; fundraising dinners; Women’s Day; school assemblies; career days).
